‘Re-creation’ is a group of 4 jigsaw puzzles, each showing a branch of a well-known chain store. The shops shown are familiar yet could be anywhere. The quiet physical simplicity of jigsaw puzzles and their imbued nostalgia contrast with the images to question the focus of our current aspirations, the validity of shopping as a leisure activity and our dependence upon chain stores in determining personal identity.
